Wir haben ein erfahrenes Trainer-Team, das den Teilnehmern die Grundlagen der Mediation in Theorie und Praxis beibringt, so z.B. die Kommunikationsfertigkeiten, konzentriertes und effektives Zuh\u00f6ren, Vertrauensbildung, harmonisches Zusammenarbeiten als ein Team, Fertigkeiten des Umgangs mit Gewalt und Zorn, wie den Kontrahenten Hilfe angeboten wird, f\u00fcr die L\u00f6sung ihrer Probleme und Konflikte Kompromisse zu finden und vieles mehr. Die Schule hat bis heute \u00fcber 100 Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler als Streitschlichter ausgebildet, davon sind heute 20 im Einsatz, verteilt auf den Schulh\u00f6fen und im Schlichtungsraum (einem f\u00fcr dieses Projekt bestimmten \u201eMediation Room\u201c).
