From the 30th of January until 1st of February 8 students from Talitha Kumi have participated in the Pal MUN conference. The conference took place in Ramallah and lasted for three days. Our MUN club in Talitha Kumi has been participating in this conference yearly.
the participants from Talitha Kumi were: Ibrahim Al Shaer, Carlos Sarras, Isabelle Zeidan, Caesar Mukarker, Cynthia Sansour, Nicolas Shatleh, Saleem Khamashta and Michael Asmari. Two advisors joined them in the three days “Mrs. Kirsten Weible and Mrs. Katia Emaya”.
The conference discussed several current issues in the world and our students did extremely well. They were committed, hardworking and eager to debate. We are proud of our MUN team in Talitha Kumi and now we are preparing for the LuthMUN and training our students for an international MUN in the next scholastic year.
